The hotel offers a unique stay with traditional Toraja-style architecture, and I found the rooms reasonably priced, especially in the bigger building. However, they could be a bit noisy if you're near the parking area. The staff was friendly but lacked some knowledge, and while the service was helpful, the dining did not impress me with the quality of food. Overall, it's a decent choice but might need some improvements in certain areas.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were quite traditional in style, especially the bathrooms, which added a unique charm. I would suggest staying in the bigger building to avoid noise from the parking area.
Service
6.0
The service was friendly, and I appreciated the staff's willingness to help, but some of them seemed to lack the necessary knowledge about the hotel facilities.
Location
6.0
The hotel is a bit outside the main town, which required a short drive on a less-than-ideal access road. The surrounding area was picturesque, especially considering it's near Indonesia's best coffee-growing region.
Dining
5.0
Dining was a bit of a letdown for me. While there was a wide selection of food, the fresh local produce was unfortunately turned into rather bland dishes.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities, including the spa and restaurant, seemed a bit run down and could use some refurbishment. However, the overall amenities provided were reasonable.

The hotel has a charming but slightly worn feel, and while the rooms are spacious and clean, they can get quite hot without air conditioning. The service was great, with friendly and helpful staff. The location felt a bit remote but is nestled in peaceful surroundings. Dining options were available, but the quality wasn't the best. Overall, it offers good value for money, especially for those seeking a unique cultural experience.

Rooms

The rooms were spacious and clean, but without air conditioning, they felt like a sauna at times.
Service
9.0
The staff was really nice, always smiling and welcoming, which made the stay enjoyable.
Location
6.0
The location is peaceful and lush, but it's a bit far from the main road, making it feel remote.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were available, but the food was more bland than I expected, particularly for a place that could have had local specialties.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities felt a bit run down, but still clean and well-maintained.

The hotel has a lovely location surrounded by greenery, providing an authentic Toraja experience in traditional tongkonan houses. My room was spacious, but unfortunately a bit dark and in need of maintenance, especially the bathroom. The staff were friendly and welcoming, though sometimes they lacked the necessary knowledge. The dining experience left much to be desired, with limited and poorly prepared food. Overall, it has great potential but does need some improvements to truly shine.

Rooms
5.0
I stayed in a spacious room in a typical tongkonan house, but it was dark and quite decrepit, especially the bathroom, which we couldn't bring ourselves to use.
Service
7.0
The staff were lovely and warm, and I enjoyed practicing my Indonesian with them, although they sometimes lacked the knowledge needed to assist effectively.
Location
8.0
The hotel is about 2Km outside of the main town on a scenic yet rough access road, surrounded by beautiful, well-kept gardens that fit perfectly in the natural beauty of Toraja.
Dining
5.0
Dining was a bit disappointing, with an Indonesian buffet that often didn't provide enough food and the quality of the dishes was lacking at best.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities are acceptable, but they could use some upgrades to match the hotel's potential.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, with a lovely view of the rice fields and village that added a nice touch to my experience. The rooms were fresh and comfortable, although I did notice some noise, especially near the parking area. The service was very friendly and efficient, which made my stay easier. On the downside, I found the dining options to be pretty average, and the location could use some improvements.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were nice and fresh at any time of the day and night, and I enjoyed the view of the nearby rice field, but there was some noise, especially from the parking area. To fully enjoy the charm, I had to pay for an upgrade to the Tongkonan style room.
Service
9.0
The service staff was incredibly helpful and spoke good English, making my experience much more enjoyable. They were available around the clock and really pleasant to interact with.
Location
7.0
The hotel is situated in the center of Indonesia's best coffee growing area, which was convenient. However, the location itself could use some improvement, as accessing some amenities involved navigating a steep path.
Dining
5.0
Dining was alright, but honestly, I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast options, which felt more like a standard two-star experience. It would have been better if the fruit juices weren’t watered down, especially with such fresh fruits available locally.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were decent but nothing exceptional. Everything was functional, but I expected a bit more in terms of amenities.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which is charmingly designed in traditional Toraja style. The rooms were clean and offered a local charm, although they did have a bit of wear. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the dining experience was somewhat lackluster with limited options. Overall, it was a good experience for the price, but some improvements, especially in dining, would make it even better.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were clean, had a nice local charm, and featured the distinctive Toraja style.
Service
7.0
The staff was friendly and warm, enjoying our attempts to speak Indonesian, but they lacked some professional polish.
Location
9.0
The hotel is located right in the center of town, which makes it very convenient for exploring.
Dining
5.0
The food was just okay; I was disappointed by the lack of variety and the diluted fruit juice.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel had decent facilities, although nothing stood out significantly.
